Dog is recovered safe and well in Cumbernauld

Hide AdMany of our readers joined the search for Gucci and bombarded the lady who reported her missing with goodwill messages.
However, police have revealed that Gucci has not been returned to the lady in question, amidst an ownership wrangle.
The matter is further complicated by the fact that a number of alleged dognappings have been reported locally.
A police spokesman explained: “The incident was reported in good faith and thoroughly investigated by local officers who traced the dog.

Hide Ad“Enquiries have revealed that the dog is the subject of disrupted ownership.
“As such it would be innapropriate to comment further.
“We would like to reiterate that this is the only occasion where a dog has been taken.
“This is despite the rumours and speculation circulating on social media that have only served to to spread panic.”
